Belly Dance Cardio Workout and Conditioning  - Belly dance is a low impact way to get your body moving. This class will use classic American Nightclub belly dance moves to create a cardio workout. A warm up focusing on conditioning the muscles used in belly dance will be followed by fun dance combinations to get your heart rate up. Each week will include interval training (using slow and fast moves to get your metabolism up) and a basic cardio workout.  If there is interest in a toning week, that is an option that will be offered as well.
