Belly Dance for Every Body ~ Level 1

In Level 1 it's time for you to realize your potential and take the first steps towards learning an ancient dance form that celebrates women of all body types. Level 1 focuses on foundation movements and basic circles. The material in Level 1 will span three DVDs which can be done in any order.
In all three volumes you will learn proper dance posture essential for safe and beautiful dancing (and with practice it will carry over into your everyday life and lead to better posture and carriage overall!), graceful arm positions, basic dance movements that are the building blocks which when combined lead to the various circles. After you learn each dance step, you will combine it with a step you have already learned to create short combinations so you can see how the dance movements fit together.
